Hajj programme 2027
Hidma Reisen is organising the Hajj programme for 2027. Registration is open to believers from all European countries, from Serbia (Sandžak), the USA and Australia.
Our aim is to give every pilgrim comprehensive support and care throughout the entire process – from registration and the Hajj visa procedure to the journey itself and performing the rites of Hajj.
What the programme includes
We provide comprehensive support throughout the entire process – from your registration and the submission of the required documents, through accompanying the whole procedure and paying the prescribed services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to receiving your Hajj visa.
Organisation and coordination of flight tickets according to the planned and chosen Hajj programme.
- Accommodation in a hotel in Madinah, in the immediate vicinity of the Haram – the Prophet's Mosque ﷺ
- Visits to important religious and historical sites in Madinah
- Accommodation in a hotel in Makkah, approx. 900 metres from the Kaaba
- Transport and transfers throughout the programme
- Accommodation in Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah
- Organised bus transfer to the Jamarat for the stoning
- Further services provided for in the programme during the rites of Hajj
- In the hotels in Makkah and Madinah: half board (breakfast and dinner)
- In Mina: three meals a day – breakfast, lunch and dinner
- In Arafat: breakfast and lunch
During the stay in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, health insurance is provided in accordance with the insurance conditions and applicable requirements.
The group is accompanied by our imams and professors of Islamic studies, who have a high level of religious knowledge, expertise and experience in organising and leading Hajj groups. Throughout the programme the pilgrims receive religious guidance, organisational support and all necessary help.
How the Hajj unfolds
Hotel right by the Prophet's Mosque ﷺ, visits to important religious and historical sites in Madinah.
Hotel approx. 900 m from the Kaaba, religious guidance by our imams and professors.
Ihram and intention for Hajj, journey to Mina.
Standing at Arafat – supplication and remembrance. After sunset on to Muzdalifah.
Stoning of the large pillar, sacrifice, cutting the hair, Tawaf al-Ifadah.
Stoning of the three pillars – with organised bus transfer to the Jamarat.
Tawaf al-Wada' before leaving Makkah.

- Scanned copy of your passport
- One passport photo
- Your passport must be valid until 30.03.2028
Important – refund
If the future pilgrim has submitted all required documents completely and on time, but the Hajj visa is not approved by the competent authorities in Saudi Arabia, the amount paid for the Hajj programme will be refunded in full.

All required documents and procedures must be completed in good time so that the registration and the Hajj visa procedure can be carried out successfully. After you have submitted your documents, our team will inform you about the next steps and give you all the information you need for the organisation of your Hajj.

What happens if the visa is not granted?
If all documents were submitted completely and on time and the visa is still not approved, the amount paid will be refunded in full.
When is the Day of Arafah?
Expected on 15 May 2027 – depending on the moon sighting.
